After having used our NanoLeafs for appr. 9 months, the controller was dead and the unit could not be switched on anymore. Although an annoying inconvenience, I was pleasantly suprised by the service of the help desk. Their replies were alays within a few hours and yes, you have to show that the unit is broken by recording a video, but once approved, the controller was sent quickly to the parcel service. Unfortunately due the mess at the parcel service it took a bit more time, but in the end I got a new controller for free and we can enjouy our NanoLeafs again. Great service!
