Nanoleaf make great products - they are truly awesome and a great addition to any space.
My Nanoleaf Canvas control square developed a fault - kept rebooting. Some how, I was able to install the latest firmware that was pending but still the same issue.
I tried all that was suggested on Nanoleaf's forums but to no avail (soft and hard reboots).
As the product was over the 2 year warranty, I was ready to buy a replacement control square, but just before I did that, thought i'd reach out to their tech support.
LIANA C from their support team was incredible - a true credit to the company and a superstar.
She confirmed their was a hardware fault and advised is sending out a replacement control square to me FoC (absolutely FREE)!!
This unexpectedly brilliant level of customer care and service further confirms to me why I have and will continue to buy Nanoleaf products (have 2 of their products now - Canvas and Lightstrip)
