December Shipping Advisory

Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, a Kwazy Kwanzaa, Fabulous Festivus, and best wishes for anything else you might be celebrating this December! As you can imagine, the holiday season is quite a bit busier for retailers and we're no different. UPS, GLS, and DHL are all trying hard to make sure parcels arrive in a timely fashion... but there are limitations to the magic they can pull off =)

If you require your order by December 23rd, 2017, make sure to order before noon (Central European Time):

  • December 14th for orders in the European Union
  • December 12th for orders outside the EU but inside the European Economic Area (EEA)

Orders delivered to areas outside of the EU or EEA may not arrive before December 23rd due to higher than normal customs clearance volumes in your home country. We're sorry for any inconvenience this might cause!

Shipping Charges

The Nanoleaf Shop Europe offers free shipping to most locations in the European Union on orders over €50, excluding Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland and Lithuania. No discount code or coupon is necessary, simply add items to your cart and check out. Countries outside of the European Union do not qualify for this free shipping offer.

Your order can be tracked by logging in to your account or clicking the 'Track Order' link in your shipment notification email.

Please allow 5-7 business days for arrival.

Customers in Israel, please order from our Global Shop for service via Fedex. We are unable to ship to Israel from The Netherlands at this time.
