Very bad experience

Very bad experience with Nanoleaf, which is not a reliable brand anymore in my opinion.
I did not receive a product: Nanoleaf neither refunded me nor made a commercial gesture.
It is difficult to return a product. I requested the return of power supplies: I have been requested twice the reason of my return and I am still expecting a return label.
The spare parts I needed are out of stock, meaning that I had to buy two complete sets instead of reparing the old ones.
The controlers I had stopped working after 2 years.
