Ideally use the size that matches your mounting degree (60 or 90) but if what you need is sold out, the other size should work fine too. Most of us will probably mess up a few pieces of the mounting tape first time around, and even if you don’t, some pieces of tape may require replacement over time.

The adhesives on my Nanoleaf Lines kits all wore-down within a year and several of my lights would detach from the walls. I ordered a new pack of replacement adhesives, which took multiple correspondences with customers service to fulfill. I was charged for the purchase, and (3) weeks passed— the adhesives never arrived. I reached back out to get an update and customer service informed me that they never shipped from the warehouse. Now I’m dealing with with more customer service correspondence to get these adhesives shipped. How complicated could this be? I am shocked that Nanoleaf was endorsed by Apple. It was the only reason I purchased Nanoleaf in the first place. I’ll probably go with Govee from here on out if these isnt resolved soon.

I’ve had some issues with a number of Nanoleaf products and it’s been extremely painful getting any customer support. Numerous emails have gone unanswered. I will not be purchasing any more products, and will advise my friends and family against buying from Nanoleaf.
