Don't ask for a review while barely responding to my issue of receiving broken products....??
As the title suggests. I contacted you with my issue. I get some basic "have you tried X and Y" like I'm a noob. I tried everything. I'm a tech guy, I manage networks for a living. Nothing works, they are just broken and even if they are somehow fixable with some magic, they should work out of the box for a product of this price range.
Network connectivity is desastrous. Sometimes they respond just fine, other times the app on my Android device can't find them. The bluetooth connected MAGRGB and every other network-connected device (like Hue) keeps working, but nah, these lines don't.
When it works, it looks amazing, so there's that.
Other than that, terrible. Last Nanoleaf product for me. Competitors seem way more reliable.
