Nach einer etwas verzögerter Lieferung, war dann alles ganz einfach. Die Installation war ein Kinderspiel und es funktioniert alles sehr gut!

Unfortunately the experience was not what I expected. Previous E27 bulb (non matter) worked flawlessly. The gu10 matter series is just a nightmare both in homekit and alexa. Everything is connected correctly but they are very laggy and slow on their response (when they even work). I hope a firmware update could fix the problems

The service was really bad

Although product was canceled WAY before it has been sent multiple emails and requests have been ignored. Product was sent anyway, money withdrawn and again, my emails have been ignored. It’s been a real pain and had to involve PayPal to get my money back after weeks of emails and more.

Products may be ok but this service quality is one of the worst I’ve seen in a decade.

I bought 24 of these. They disconnect, become available and disappear randomly (homekit matter install).
I simply cannot trust them, and some of them flicker when turned off and on on the switch. I am extremely unhappy with the quality of these lights and wish they would just be at the same level as the other E17 essentials lights that work like a breeze. This is so bad I would love to have returned it all. I hope firmware will solve this nightmare but I am not holding my breath.
