Love it but the service of Nanoleaf is not that good
I love the string iets great in the garden, but one of the string is slready broken and i’am trying to get a replacement.
But the Servicedesk is lacking responce, they gave things to try to resolve the problem. Did try them no luck and now its gone sillent for a week no rma no nothing.

Only two out of three string works
I’m very disappointed due to the fact no answer from Nanoleaf support. Product is very expensive however doesn’t work and no answer how to give it back. Request number #108378
