Shipping policy

Orders placed on the Nanoleaf Shop Europe ship from our Logistics partner in Ireland.

Wherever free* or flat-rate shipping is offered, it’s applied automatically. No code is needed unless we clearly state otherwise. Shipping eligibility and rates are shown at checkout. Shipping fees paid are non-refundable once an order ships.

Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days once processed (business days only; peak season, carrier delays or customs may affect timing) once processed from our various regional warehouse partners. Expedited options, if available, are shown at checkout. Extra charges may apply for remote areas, oversized/heavy items, or if the shipping address is incorrect.

Our ability to make corrections to an address is not certain once an order has been placed. Double check that your shipping address and contact information is correct BEFORE submitting payment for an order. If an order is misdelivered due to an incorrectly provided address during checkout, we will not ship replacement items free of charge.
