I purchased the Nanoleaf Smart Multicolor Light strip, and I’m pleased with my experience. The shipment arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Installation was straightforward and took very little time—everything was up and running in just a few minutes. Since then, the light strip has been working flawlessly, and really elevates the atmosphere in my home.

I ordered a smart lightstrips and never received it. No return from Nanoleaf after-sales service or private parcel.

This is the first time I have encountered coil whine on a led strip. The strip emits an annoying buzz, more or less loud depending on the color and intensity of the light. I was told by the service department that this is normal, but I don't think of it as such. I have other led strips both Nanoleaf and other brands, but none has these problems. From my point of view it is unusable.
