Wir haben uns für die winterlichen Abende für unsere neue Terrasse diese Lichterkette gegönnt. Vorher haben wir leider einen Versuch mit einer Eufy Lichterkette die wir wieder zurück gesendet haben. Diese Lichterkette ist genau das, was wir wollten. Sie hat HomeKit Support, ist in verschiedenen Farben zu schalten und zu dimmen. Über die eigene App lassen sich sogar spezielle Scenen ausführen.

Defective and inadequate solution

The controller does not work well from the very moment of the installation, I talked to you several times and you were able to verify that it was indeed a factory defect. The solution: you send me a new one if I previously send you this one AT MY EXPENSE! I haven't returned it, do you realize how much the package weighs and the cost of shipping? Why do I have to pay the postage and wait for you to receive it, you try it and wait again? Is it that in your country there is no guarantee law? Is it that a young technology company does not bother to create a technical and customer service department worthy of its product?

Now I have a strip on the terrace in which, about 5 to 7 meters of a total of 30 do not work and very often behaves as it pleases.
Luckily, now you sell it on Amazon Spain and they do have a good customer service department. If something similar happens to another person, pray that they call Amazon and not you since, otherwise, you will begin to receive many reviews of this type.
