My Nanoleaf was no more working. After a ticket online to the after sales dept. A new controller has been sent to me in few days and miracle ! My Nanoleaf is now working as before. Thanks for the reactivity!
The replacement of controller solved the issue, thanks ... however I had to contact several times the helpdesk and using almost all the channels to get a definitve answer. Anyway I'm satisfied by this final resolution
My controller unit was broken but it was replaced without any problem. Very helpful service
