When my lights stopped working, I wanted to submit a warranty first. I was already dreading having to dismantle everything. However, while searching for the page to apply for a warranty, I read about this action. Since my assumption was that my controller was broken, I had the hope that this action would be enough. And it was indeed so. My lights are going off again and I didn't have to take them down to send them in. Thank you very much
